Please report within 24 hours of delivery. Under clause 4 of our Wholesale Terms & Conditions, shortages, transit damage and incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours or goods are deemed accepted. Submitting this form creates a timestamped record, so please include photographs where relevant.

Attach clear photos of the parcel, packing note and affected items.
